Presenter: Julien Copithorne, Founder, High Ticket Solutions

Offer: Unscripted. No pricing, payment plans or financing in this video. Value is built on the call.

CTA: Apply → book a call with the HTS team

What changed in v4: opens as a short training, not a pitch (opportunity first). Adds the HTS Sales Network, 200+ closers and setters trained, certification, live-offer placement, the founder-side problem with pressure closers, and emotional intelligence as the foundation. Keeps “What nobody tells you” and “I’m the one hiring.”

Recording notes: sit close to the camera, about FaceTime distance, so it feels like you are talking to one person. Read the full script out loud five to ten times before recording, then record it in long takes. Bracketed lines are directions, not read aloud.

1. HOOK (0:00–0:40)

[Julien close to camera, outdoor terrace in Cabo. Text overlay: “From the sales floor → to anywhere”.]

If you sell for a living — cars, insurance, real estate, B2B, retail, door-to-door — give me the next ten minutes.

I’m not going to pitch you right away. I’m going to show you how remote high-ticket sales works from the inside. What the job is. How the pay works. What nobody tells you. And what separates the closers who earn the most from everyone else.

My name is Julien Copithorne. I spent eight years selling furniture and appliances on a store floor. Today I run an eight-figure sales agency, and I’m recording this from Mexico, between calls with my team.

2. CREDIBILITY (0:40–2:00)

[B-roll: showroom floor, then laptop and headset, then the HTS team on calls. Text overlay for each number.]

I started at Brault & Martineau. Eight years on that floor. I never took a sales course. I watched the best people around me, took the best part of each one and made it my own. I became the top salesperson out of more than 400.

But I was still driving to that store every day. Long hours. The commute. And after eight years I could see it clearly: the company could change our commission whenever it wanted, and retail wasn’t evolving. People were buying online.

So I made the move. I took the skills I built on that floor into remote high-ticket sales. I became the top closer at the agency I worked for, selling $600,000 to $750,000 a month, and earned partner status. I’ve personally sold over $40 million in high-ticket deals.

Then I built High Ticket Solutions. Today we’re an eight-figure agency with over $87 million in sales across the offers we run. We have a network of 2,500 to 3,000 closers, setters and sales managers. More than 400 salespeople apply to work with us every month, and my team scores every interview.

[Text overlay: “$40M+ personally sold · $87M+ in sales at HTS · 400+ applicants a month”.]

So when I tell you what the best offers look for, I’m not guessing. I know exactly what these companies look for — because I’m the one hiring.

3. SELL THE OPPORTUNITY (2:00–5:00)

What the job is

[Animated graphic: Ad → Booked call → Closer on Zoom → Decision.]

Coaching companies, consultants, education businesses and done-for-you service companies sell programmes worth thousands of dollars. They run ads. People book a call. And a closer gets on Zoom with each person and helps them make a decision.

That’s the job. From home, or from anywhere with a good connection. On a laptop.

How the pay works

[On-screen arithmetic: “10% × $5,000 = $500 per sale. Example only.”]

The pay is different because of the ticket size. On a typical car deal, a lot of salespeople make a few hundred dollars in commission. A remote closer is paid a percentage of every sale, on offers worth thousands.

Ten percent of a $5,000 sale is $500. One sale. That’s the structure.

And here’s what I see inside my own agency every month. Closers on the same kind of offer, taking the same kind of calls, earn very different amounts. Same leads. Same product. The difference is skill. After you book your call, I’ll show you the real numbers.

The life around it

[B-roll: Julien walking outside, Cabo and Dubai location shots, laptop set-up. No luxury props.]

No commute. No showroom floor. You work your offer’s hours, from where you choose. For me, the biggest change was getting my time back with my family and the people I love.

What nobody tells you

[Julien direct to camera, slower. Text overlay: “What nobody tells you”.]

Now here’s what nobody tells you.

It’s commission-based. If your skill isn’t consistent, your months won’t be either. Offer quality varies. And the best offers don’t hire people to “learn sales.” They hire people who can already hold a real conversation, on camera.

In a showroom, you read the whole person. How they walk in. What they touch. Who they came with. On Zoom, you get a face in a box. Half your signals are gone.

So most people coming over grab a script to fill the gap. The same script everyone else uses. “What happens if nothing changes?” “Tell me why.” They end up sounding like every other closer. Prospects hear it straight away, and they put their guard up.

And here’s the other side, from the founders I work with every week. Their biggest problem isn’t leads. It’s closers who push so hard the client asks for a refund thirty days later and leaves a bad review. Or closers who never ask for the sale at all. Both kill an offer.

The closer every founder wants sounds like a real person, leads the conversation and asks for a clear decision. After interviewing thousands of salespeople, I’ll tell you what makes that closer: emotional intelligence. It beats any script and any framework out there.

And that’s your advantage. You’ve been reading real people face to face for years. You don’t have bad habits from online trainings to unlearn. You just need to bring what you already do to the camera, in your own words.

4. PRESENT THE OFFER (5:00–7:15)

[Traditional salesperson leading a Zoom call. Then the 5 Frame Skills graphic, the Unveil Loop and the certificate with QR code. No prices on screen.]

That’s why we built Unscripted. It’s the method we’ve used to train more than 200 closers and setters on my own sales floor. We just never gave it a name until now.

Here’s who you become.

You walk into a Zoom call knowing how to set the tone, earn trust and lead the conversation. You read what the person is telling you — and notice what they’re holding back.

You ask better questions because you’re listening to the answers. When the call goes off track, you bring it back. When an objection comes up, you find what’s really behind it instead of reaching for a line you memorised.

You believe in the offer you sell. You explain why it fits, you recognise when it doesn’t, and you ask for a clear decision. No pressure. No hesitation.

And you know how to get better on your own. You hear where trust dropped, spot the question you missed and practise a better move before the next call.

We build that through five Frame Skills: Presence, Conviction, Structure, Discovery and Objection Handling. Underneath all five sits emotional intelligence. And the Unveil Loop turns it into practice: review a conversation, find the moment it turned, practise a better move and test it on the next call.

Certified. Connected. Considered.

[Certificate graphic, QR code scanned on a phone. Then the HTS team interviewing. Text overlay: “Earned, not bought”.]

When you graduate, you become a Certified Unscripted Closer. Your certificate carries a QR code, so any company you apply to can verify it in seconds.

You also join the HTS Sales Network — the closers, setters and sales managers my team has interviewed, scored and works with. When we hire for an offer, that’s where we look first.

And the top graduates get placed on offers we’re running right now. Not offers we’ll try to find for you after you finish. Offers that are live today, that need closers today.

That seat is earned, not bought. Show us you can do the job, and we want you on our floor.

5. HANDLE OBJECTIONS (7:15–8:45)

[Each objection appears as on-screen text before Julien answers.]

“I already know how to sell.” Good. You’re bringing real experience. What’s new is the camera: reading someone through a screen, holding their attention and leading the call without a showroom around you. That’s the transition we train.

“I can’t walk away from a steady paycheck.” Don’t. Build the skill while you’re still earning where you are. Make the move when you’re ready and you’re on an offer.

“Isn’t remote closing a scam?” Parts of this industry earned that reputation by promising people jobs before they had the skill. We do it the other way round. Skill first. Then the seat.

“What do you look for when you hire?” Someone who listens, leads a real conversation, asks for the decision and takes coaching. That’s exactly what we build inside Unscripted.

“I’ve never sold anything high-ticket.” Neither had I when I left the store floor. Face-to-face experience is the strongest foundation there is. We start from where you are.

6. QUALIFY THE AUDIENCE (8:45–9:30)

[Two text cards: “This is for you if…” / “This is not for you if…”]

This is for you if you’re in sales right now — cars, insurance, real estate, B2B, retail, door-to-door. You speak confident English. You’re comfortable on camera, or ready to get there. And you’ll put in the reps: role-plays, reviewing your conversations and taking feedback without ego.

It’s not for you if you’ve never sold anything and you want someone to hand you a job. This is for people who want to earn their place.

7. CALL TO ACTION (9:30–9:55)

[Julien points down. Animated “Apply” button.]

If that’s you, click the button below and apply. It takes a few minutes. If it’s a fit, you’ll book a call with my team. We’ll look at where you are, what you sell now and exactly what it will take to get you on a high-ticket offer.

8. TESTIMONIALS (9:55–10:45)

[Lower third on every clip: “[Name] — Closer, High Ticket Solutions”.]

Before you go, hear from a few of the closers on my sales floor.

[CLIP 1 — 15–20 sec: Jordan, Diego or Ethan. Ideally someone who came from car sales, insurance, real estate or retail. Moment: making the switch to remote.]

[CLIP 2 — 15–20 sec: day-to-day life working remotely.]

[CLIP 3 — 15–20 sec: how training and feedback changed their calls.]

9. REITERATE VALUE & CLOSE (10:45–11:30)

[Back to Julien, close to camera. End card: “Apply — link below”.]

You already know how to earn someone’s trust face to face. That’s the hardest part, and you have it.

I made this exact move, from a store floor to remote closing. Then I built an eight-figure agency that hires people to do it. I know what the work demands, and I know what it gives back.

The closers on my floor didn’t get there by memorising better lines. They got there by building their own way of selling. That’s what Unscripted gives you.

Click below and apply. I’ll see you on the call.

Close like yourself. Unscripted.
