Unscripted — Closer Opportunity Video & Dashboard Concept
Version 1 · 29 October 2026 · Breakout A on the confirmation page · ~3 minutes · Julien on camera + screen share
Why this video exists: prospects don’t care about a programme until they’re sold on the opportunity. This video sells the opportunity with HTS’s own internal numbers. It doesn’t promise anything. It shows real data and lets the viewer reach the conclusion: “The difference is skill, and skill is what Unscripted trains.”
Dashboard preview: Closer Earnings Board (concept build)
THE DATA (from the Closer Commission Receipts folder)
| Row | Statement | Month | Agent’s Earnings Total |
|---|---|---|---|
| Closer A | AINV165 | Feb 2023 | $52,779.58 |
| Closer B | AINV203 | Mar 2023 | $45,570.00 |
| Closer C | AINV330 | Apr 2025 | $28,460.00 |
| Closer D | AINV272 | Feb 2025 | $18,469.91 |
| Closer E | AINV448 | Sep 2025 | $15,454.85 |
| Closer F | AINV266 | Feb 2025 | $11,550.00 |
| Closer G | AINV434 | Sep 2025 | $11,380.00 |
| Closer H | AINV302 | Mar 2025 | $10,640.00 |
All eight statements are marked PAID. Average: $24,288. Range: $10,640 to $52,780 (about 5×). The receipts show the HTS logo, invoice number, month and Agent’s Earnings Total. Names, offers and deal details are covered.
To confirm with HTS before filming (only HTS has this):
- Is each statement a different closer? If two belong to the same person, label them “Closer A, month 1 / month 2.” That’s also a strong story.
- Offer type for each row (e.g. “trading education”, “coaching”). Never the offer’s name.
- For the strongest version, two or three closers on the same offer in the same month, showing the low, mid and top tiers. Julien suggested finding the offer with the widest gap. Add those rows when they’re pulled.
HOW THE DASHBOARD WORKS ON SCREEN
- Leaderboard, ranked top to bottom: rank, anonymous closer label, month, earnings bar, paid amount and tier badge (Top / Mid / Rising).
- Four headline tiles: highest month, lowest month, average and the gap.
- A “Same offer. Five times the income.” card that hands off to the method.
- Footer label: “Paid HTS commission statements, names hidden. Individual results.”
- Built in HTS colours (dark navy, blue to purple). It can sit live on the confirmation page as well as appear in the video.

Thumbnail: “Inside my agency: what closers actually earn”
Open (0:00–0:20)
[Julien close to camera.]
Before we talk about Unscripted, I want to show you something most people selling sales training will never show you. Not stock numbers. Not “the industry average.” Real commission statements, paid to closers inside my own agency.
The board (0:20–1:20)
[Screen share: the Closer Earnings Board. Julien’s cursor moves from the bottom row up.]
This is our closer earnings board. Every row is a real, paid commission statement from High Ticket Solutions. I’ve hidden the names and the offers, because our clients’ business is their business.
Start at the bottom. Ten thousand six hundred and forty dollars in a month. Eleven thousand. Eleven and a half. For someone coming from a car lot or an insurance office, the bottom of this board is already a very good month.
Now the middle. Fifteen thousand. Eighteen. Twenty-eight thousand.
And the top. Forty-five thousand five hundred. Fifty-two thousand seven hundred and eighty dollars, in one month, from one closer.
The question (1:20–2:10)
[Zoom into the “+$42,140” card.]
So here’s my question. What’s the difference between the closer at the bottom and the closer at the top?
It’s not the leads. We generate the leads. It’s not the product. These are proven high-ticket offers. It’s not luck. You don’t get lucky every month.
It’s skill. How they show up on the call. Whether the prospect trusts them. Whether they read the person, handle the real objection and ask for the decision with conviction.
And honestly, on my floor, closers don’t stay at the bottom long. They either get coached up, or they move on. That’s how sales works. It rewards skill.
Hand-off (2:10–3:00)
[Back to Julien.]
Everything that separates the top of this board from the bottom, we’ve broken down into five skills: Presence, Conviction, Structure, Discovery and Objection Handling. All built on emotional intelligence.
That’s Unscripted. It’s how we train our own closers, and it’s what we look for when we hire.
In the next video, I’ll show you exactly what those five skills are. Then bring your questions to the call, and we’ll show you where you’d start on this board — and what it takes to move up it.
