Unscripted — Breakout Video Scripts (Recording Pack)
Version 4 · 29 October 2026 · For recording in Cabo this week. Short supporting videos for the confirmation page, pre-call emails, setter follow-ups and retargeting.
Recording notes: close to camera. Read each script aloud five to ten times, then record it in one or two takes. Placeholders in [BRACKETS] are things only HTS can confirm. Fill them before filming, or swap in your own detail on camera.
Already in the Confirmation Page doc: B (Julien’s story), C (what makes a top closer), D (certified, connected, considered), F–I (FAQs). In this doc: E (What happens after I join?), plus four new breakouts for emails and retargeting.
BREAKOUT E — “What happens after I join?” (~2:30)
Thumbnail: “Day 1 inside Unscripted”
Where it lives: confirmation page (block 7), post-call follow-up email, and the welcome email once someone buys.
[Julien close to camera. Each step appears as an on-screen card: 1 Welcome email → 2 Logins → 3 Community → 4 Closer Score → 5 Phase 1.]
A lot of people ask me, “Okay, Julien — but what actually happens the day I join?” Let me walk you through it, step by step.
Step one: your welcome email. [Screen: welcome email mock-up.] Within [TIMEFRAME, e.g. a few minutes] of joining, you get a welcome email from me. It has everything in one place: your login details, the link to the community, your first task and who to contact if you need anything.
Step two: your logins. [Screen: portal login and dashboard.] You log in to the Unscripted portal. That’s where the full curriculum lives: every lesson, every template and every tool, laid out phase by phase. You can see exactly where you are and what’s next.
Step three: the community. [Screen: community feed.] Then you join the community. That’s where you meet the other closers in the programme, post your wins and questions, get feedback from my team and find out about live sessions. You’re not doing this alone.
Step four: your first Closer Score. [Screen: Closer Score scorecard, 1–5 on each skill.] Before you watch a single lesson, we take your baseline. You get your Closer Score: one to five on each of the five Frame Skills — Presence, Conviction, Structure, Discovery and Objection Handling. It’s the same way we score every closer who applies to HTS. Now you know exactly where you’re strong, and exactly what we work on first.
Step five: Phase 1 starts that day. [Screen: Phase 1 lesson list.] Then you start Phase 1, Closer Identity and Ownership. You learn to own your results like the CEO of your own sales career, and you start building your own way of selling instead of borrowing someone else’s. Most people notice a difference on their very next call.
That’s day one. Welcome email. Logins. Community. Your Closer Score. Phase 1. By the end of the first day you know where you stand, and you’re already working on it.
Any questions about it, bring them to your call.
[Production: record screen captures of the real portal, community and scorecard once the back end is live next week. Until then, use clean mock-ups.]
BREAKOUT J — “Emotional intelligence beats any framework” (~1:45)
Thumbnail: “EQ beats any script”
Where it lives: pre-call email 2, retargeting, organic.
Here’s the thing nobody in sales training wants to admit. Emotional intelligence beats any framework, any script, anything out there.
Every framework assumes the prospect will follow the order. They don’t. They jump ahead. They go quiet. They say one thing and mean another. The closer reading off a list misses all of it, because they’re thinking about their next question.
The closer with emotional intelligence catches it. They notice the pause. They hear the hesitation in “yeah, that makes sense.” They see the face change when price comes up. And they adjust right there, in the moment.
All five Frame Skills come back to that. Presence, Conviction, Structure, Discovery, Objection Handling — each one is emotional intelligence put to work on a sales call.
Sales has been overcomplicated by people who want to sound smart. It’s simple. Be yourself. Read the person. Lead them to a decision.
BREAKOUT K — “Why founders fire closers” (~1:45)
Thumbnail: “Why founders fire closers”
Where it lives: confirmation page (optional), pre-call email 3, closer retargeting.
I run sales for founders, so I hear their side every week. Here’s why closers get removed from offers.
The first type sells at any cost. Overpromises. Pushes. Says whatever closes the deal. The client buys, then refunds thirty days later. Then comes the bad review. Do that a few times, and the offer is dead.
The second type never asks for the sale. Great conversation, lots of rapport, then “let me know what you think.” No decision. Nothing closes.
The closer every founder fights over sits right in the middle. They sound like a real person. They tell the truth about the offer. And they ask for a clear decision with conviction. Clients who buy from them stay bought.
That’s the closer Unscripted builds. And it’s the closer we hire.
BREAKOUT L — “What we look for when we hire” (~1:30)
Thumbnail: “How I score every closer interview”
Where it lives: confirmation page under Breakout D, setter follow-ups.
More than 400 salespeople apply to work with us every month. Most of them don’t pass. Here’s what my team scores.
[On-screen: the five HTS interview scoring areas.] We score every interview in five areas: [CONFIRM THE FIVE HTS SCORING AREAS — e.g. objection handling, confidence, discovery, presence, conviction]. Each one gets a score, and together they make the HTS score.
The people who fail almost always fail the same way: they sound like a script. The people who pass sound like themselves, listen and ask for the decision.
Unscripted trains exactly what we score. So when you finish, you’re not guessing what offer owners want. You’ve been trained by the people doing the scoring.
BREAKOUT M — “How to always be on a great offer” (~1:45)
Thumbnail: “How to land great offers”
Where it lives: pre-call email 4, traditional-salesperson retargeting.
The biggest frustration I hear from closers isn’t learning to sell. It’s this: “How do I actually get on a good offer?” Do I join a Facebook group? Apply on job boards? How do I know which offers will scale?
Here’s the truth. The best offers rarely get posted. They get filled through people the founders already trust.
That’s why Unscripted ends with three things. Your certification, with a QR code any offer owner can verify. Your place in the HTS Sales Network, where we look first when we hire. And for the top graduates, a seat on an offer we’re running right now.
The goal isn’t one offer. It’s to always be on a great one. And that comes down to two things: your skill, and who knows it.
